1. Digital Product Nature

All our products are digital downloads (eBooks).
Once a purchase is completed and the digital file is delivered or made available for download, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy helps prevent unauthorized use or distribution of our digital content.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
  • You purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded or accessed the file.
  • There was a corrupt or unreadable file that we are unable to replace.
  • The purchase failed to deliver the download link and you did not receive access after contacting our support team.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the criteria above:

  1. Email us at info@mindcrackbooks.com within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order ID, email used for the purchase, and a brief explanation.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the result.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method through Stripe within 7–14 business days.


4. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases after the file has been downloaded.
  • Change of mind after accessing the product.
  • Claims made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Issues unrelated to product quality or delivery.

5. Replacement Option

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open, please contact us immediately.
We will provide a new download link or a replacement file at no additional cost.
